All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, paving the way for your products to reach you swiftly. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In instances of high order volumes, there might be slight delays. Rest assured, we will inform you via email or telephone if a significant delay is expected.

International Shipping Policy
We are glad to offer international shipping to several countries. For our international customers, a nominal shipping fee of 10% per order is applied to help accommodate for the additional logistics required.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Stay informed every step of the way. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email featuring your tracking number(s) as soon as your order is shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours, giving you the power to know exactly where your order is at all times.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RawChemistry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are to be borne by the customer (this includes tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Although we always strive to ensure a smooth delivery, RawChemistry cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once the package has been picked up by the courier, we are no longer responsible for any delays or issues with delivery. In case your order goes missing, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please retain all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
